When something needs to move today, a dedicated van and driver collect your consignment and take it straight to the delivery address. Because the vehicle travels directly, your goods are not transferred between depots or mixed with other freight along the way.

Whether a same-day collection is possible depends on the time of booking, the distance involved and vehicle availability. We will always confirm a realistic collection and delivery estimate before you commit.

A dedicated vehicle works only for you. That means full control over timings, the order of drops and how your goods are handled – ideal for high-value consignments, multi-stop runs or deliveries that need particular care.

Vehicles can be arranged for one-off work or on a recurring basis, subject to availability. Tell us the vehicle size, hours and route profile you need and we will confirm what can be provided.

For consignments travelling further afield, a direct van journey avoids the delays and handling of a multi-depot network. Journeys are planned with realistic timings, rest requirements and traffic in mind, so you get an honest estimate rather than an optimistic one.

Long-distance work is accepted subject to vehicle and driver availability. Collections outside our core South East London and Kent area may also be possible – ask us.

Business deliveries call for punctuality, clear communication and drivers who represent your company well. We work with trade, retail, manufacturing and service businesses on both ad-hoc and scheduled deliveries.

We will agree collection windows, delivery requirements and proof-of-delivery expectations with you at the outset so everyone knows what to expect.

Last-mile delivery is where our founder's background lies. We understand route density, delivery-success targets, customer-facing standards and the realities of a demanding daily delivery operation.

We can support partners with additional route capacity, working to your systems, scanning processes and service standards, subject to agreement and availability.

Peak trading – from Black Friday through Christmas, as well as major sales events – puts every delivery operation under pressure. Having managed peak in a high-volume last-mile operation, our founder knows that successful peak capacity is planned months, not days, in advance.

Through our network of drivers and vehicles, we can discuss additional capacity for defined periods. Availability is always subject to agreement, so early conversations are the best way to secure support.

If you have regular delivery requirements, a contract arrangement gives you consistency – the same standards, clear pricing agreed in advance and direct access to the person responsible for delivering the service.

We will work with you to define volumes, service levels, reporting and review points that are realistic and measurable.
